Hellenes is a term that is used to refer to all Greeks. However, the term Hellenes was previously ued to refer to those who lived in the area of Alope and Trachis and controlled the Thessalian territories of Hellas, a word that currently refers to Greece, and Phthia which was the home of the Myrmidones tribe.
