A grimoire (pronounced /grɪˈmwɑr/) is a journal, traditional bounded with either reptile or toad skin, which store's a witches instructions in performing spells, rituals, divinations etc.. The word grimoire is from the Old French grammaire, and is also from the Greek root "grammatikos", meaning "grammar", hints the use of the tool.
